An excellent color, translucent/gemmy and showy group of well-crystallized pinkish-orange Olmiite on minor matrix. A very attracive thumbnail sized specimen. Excellent quality and the color is really unique! This mineral is truly found in one part of the world in fine display specimens, and the color is so distinctive and unique that it really stands out as one of the most significant NEWLY discovered minerals in the last 15 years. Keep in mind that virtually all of these specimens were labeled as being Poldervaartite, which now is an exceptionally rare species, but these are Olmiite and the finest in the world for what they are.
