Very aesthetic double ended quartz cluster with transparent light blue Fluorite crystal from the Yaoganxian Mine, Yaogangxian W-Sn ore field, Yizhang Co., Chenzhou Prefecture, Hunan Province, China. All quartzes are double ended and waterclear, which can be seen best at the bottom of the piece, the most part of the quartz crystals has a thin layer of secondary quartz giving it a matte appearance. One quartz crystal at the back is broken but otherwise in excellent condition with good tips. Some of the tips on the mid size crystals are showing showing very unusual split growth. The fluorite crystal has some chipping on the edges. The fluorite has a very nice light blue color with good luster and transparency. Most fluorites from this specific find had a milky and matte appearance.
