Unique combo-specimen from the famous Sauberg Mine, Ehrenfriedersdorf, Ore Mts, Saxony, Germany: Several white to red (variety Eisenkiesel) acicular quartz crystals in a length of up to 3.2 cm - nicely intergrown resembling a "starburst formation". The quartz needles also show "slightly sceptered" terminations and decorated with numerous vivid lavender fluorite crystals.
