A large and remarkably (for its size) undamaged tourmaline which has very rich deep green color of a dark forest-green hue core (darker than the modern Pederneira material, for example).but not black. It has gemminess and translucency to the upper several inches in particular. The bottom termination is crudely doubly-terminated, making this a floater. This piece is LARGE in size and is a lot more impressive in person, than indicated.

It weighs 136 grams and comes from older mining. It is VERY impressive for the size and color considering the lack of repairs.
